600 ROWPU

The Reverse Osmosis Purification Unit (ROWPU) is a rugged military style water treatment system that is easily transported to remote areas. The 600 ROWPU purifies up to 600 gallons per hour of water from virtually any source (fresh OR saline). The product water is suitable for drinking with operator adjustable residual chlorine levels.  The unit is self-contained with all components necessary for the operation stored right on unit.  The ROWPU is available trailer or skid mounted.  The unit can be set up by 2-3 people in about 2 hours.  Only one operator is required to run the ROWPU.  Many configurations and options are available.  Spare parts to the 600 ROWPU are available, please contact us for more information.

Latrine System

The Latrine unit consists of 12 fixed flush toilets, 2 urinals, and 4 hand wash sinks. The Latrine unit is quickly deployable in less than one hour and all sides have fork pockets for loading and unloading.  Short transport plumbing, hoses, drain piping, cleaning hoses, floor mats, curtain rods, and heavy duty pump are all included. All necessary equipment is contained in two 42"H x 83"W x 96"L stackable units.  Each 6 stall unit holds over 300 gallons of waste in a vented storage compartment. or they can be piped to a central waste collection area.  The unit includes leveling jacks for uneven terrain.  The Latrine unit can be cleaned and re-packaged in just one hour. The Latrine unit has heavy duty construction with large aluminum channel and angle, high strength fiberglass and gelcoat, 3/4" thick fiberglass panels and stainless steel fasteners.

Shower System

These 12 person capacity shower units are capable of quick deployment on short notice. The unit includes low slip fiberglass shower bases, aluminum support poles, and structure individual curtains. The heavy duty supply and drain pump is on a common skid.  The unit can be fully set-up or packaged by two people in less than one hour. When used with the M-80 portable water heater the unit has cold climate capabilities. The shower unit comes complete with all necessary hose assemblies.

Shave System

The portable shave unit consists of 4 individual shave stands and interconnection hoses. The shave unit is stainless steel construction.  Each of the 4 shave stands include 3 sinks and 3 lighted mirrors. When set up each shave stand is 73 inches tall, 66 inches wide, and 24 inches deep.  Water supply and drain lines are made from brass and copper for durability.  The shave unit can be easily broken down for storage and handling (legs and mirror back are removable).

M-80 Water Heater

The M-80 Water Heater provides 9 gallons of water per minute with a 100º F temperature increase.  The Water Heater is mounted on an aluminum skid with fork pockets for easy mobility.  The unit is simple to set up, operate and maintain.  The Water Heater has multiple capability.  The unit has time tested durability.  HEI also provides M-85 Water Heaters.  The M-85 Water Heater differs only in the electrical controls and the exhaust system.
